Seriously every since this summer, i've known about 7 cars stolen, thats only w/ in about 7months. And all those cars were in tracy/or stockton. I mean i know cars are stolen all the time, but its weird because I either know 1 of the 7 or have just recently talked to them. And they've all been found in the same area's its pretty weird.
